1. Why are some games locked after I play for a while?

If you have not purchased the full version, you will see a pop-up screen after playing the game to a certain level. The free part is for you to test the application and help you to find out if you would like to purchase the application for your young children. Lonitoy applications do not contain any advertising, so we don't finance ourselves from commercial advertising.

2. How to I get the full version?

Please tab the "Buy the full version" icon on the upper right corner of the main page of each application where it applies. Parental gate screen will pop-up. Please answer the question on the screen and select "Buy the full version" to be directed to the Apple Store in order to download the full version. Enter your Apple ID and password and installation will start automatically. Once the installation is completed, you will be directed to the main page with the full version.

3. How do I reinstall the full version?

In order to reinstall the full version you must have purchased the full version already. Please tab the "Buy the full version" icon on the upper right corner of the main page of each application where it applies. Parental gate screen will pop-up. Answer the question on the screen and select "Reinstall the full version" to be directed to the Apple Store in order to download the full version. Enter your Apple ID and password and installation will start automatically. Once the installation is completed, you will be directed to the main page with the full version.

4. How do I install already purchased full version on another device?

In order to install already purchased full version on another device, you must have purchased the full version already. To install the application on another device, please tab the "Buy the full version" icon on the upper right corner of the main page of each application where it applies. Parental gate screen will pop-up. Please answer the question on the screen and select "Reinstall the full version" to be directed to the Apple Store in order to download the full version. Enter your Apple ID and password (Make sure that it is the same Apple ID that was used on the original purchase), installation will start automatically. Once the installation is completed, you will be directed to the main page with the full version.

5. What to I do if there is no sound in the application?

If there is no sound in the application, there can be several reasons.

  • Your device sound is off. Check your device's "Silent" switch that is located on the upper right corner of the iPad.
  • Your device volume is off. Turn up the volume using the volume buttons.
  • The application's sound might be off. Tap the horn icon on the lower right corner of the main menu.

6. How do I change the language of the application?

In order to change the language of the application, please tab the language button on the upper right corner of the main menu of each application.

7. Is my private information copied or stored?

Your personal information is not copied or stored. On several applications, the information you enter within that application is stored exclusively on your device.

8. What is the song at the beginning of each application?
